Sugar Pine Music Festival Guidelines
Sugar Pine Festival will abide by all local, state and federal COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots (qualifying service animals permitted). This will be strictly enforced. Please visit the Accessibility Page to learn more about Service Animal Policy and Procedure.
- **Severe fire danger** No fireworks, campfires or charcoal grills permitted. Cookstoves OK
- No glass (for the benefit and safety of our hard working Green Team)
- No drum circles or amplified music from 11:00PM – 11:00AM.
- Please observe quiet hours. No campfires or charcoal grills (cook stoves OK).
- No vehicle re-entry in campground.
- Only multi-day ticket holders permitted in campground.
- No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you cannot sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds.
- No video recording of any performances without prior written consent from the artist.
- No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs) or powered scooters/skateboards/hover boards etc.
- No unauthorized motorized and/or remote control aerial devices, toys, cameras or equipment (drones, toy planes, etc.).
- No laser pens or similar focused-light devices.
- Festival goers must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. Your cooperation is essential to the festival’s future.
- Prohibited items may be added to this list at any time if necessary.
- Music area guidelines (music area is a fenced in area that includes all stages and food court):
- No cans or glass
- No outside beverages except unopened bottled water. Empty vessels ok. Water refill stations available inside.
- No large coolers (soft-sided “lunch sized” permitted)
- All personal possessions must be removed from stage area after each night’s performance
- No chairs higher than 18” in front of the soundboard
- No Frisbee or disc throwing
- Audience recording only (no soundboard patches).
- No video recording of any performances without prior written consent from the artist.
- No smoking in near stages or in Food Court.
Don’t Forget to Bring!
- Sleeping bag
- Warm clothes (nights can be cool)
- Rain gear (you never know!)
- Flashlights
- Sunscreen, hat, shades
- Acoustic instruments for campsite jams
- Water bottles — water stations located throughout fairgrounds.
- Plastic bags for trash and recycling
- Festive clothing and fun costume wear. Costume themes here. It’s almost Halloween…let’s have some fun!!
