HANGTOWN MUSIC FESTIVAL 2022 – ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Hangtown Music Festival is located at the Nevada County Fairgrounds –
11228 McCourtney Rd, Grass Valley, CA 95949
Main Box Office Hours:
| Thursday, October 20 | 12pm – 11pm |
| Friday, October 21 | 9am – 11pm |
| Saturday, October 22 | 9am – 10pm |
| Sunday, October 23 | 10am – 5pm |
4-Day (Thursday – Sunday) Passes are valid starting 12PM Thursday
3-Day (Friday – Sunday) Pass valid starting 9AM Friday
2-Day (Saturday – Sunday) Pass valid starting 9AM Saturday.
Multi-day festival Pass (4-Day, 3-Day, and 2-Day), include on-site tent camping. Car and RV parking is not included and must be purchased separately—see below for all details and options. Camping is designated on a first come, first served basis. The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers, and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets.
Single Day Tickets available for purchase. No camping, or access to the campgrounds included with Single Day Tickets. Single day tickets will be redeemed for a wristband on the day the ticket is valid.
Single Day Parking available for purchase upon arrival at the Fairgrounds ($5). No re-entry. No access to campgrounds.
After 11pm on Thursday, ALL vehicles go straight to the Main Box Office for check-in at Gate 1.
Please do not arrive earlier than noon on Thursday. We can not accommodate early arrivals at the fairgrounds.
Thursday Check-in:
On-Site Vehicle Parking Pass:
Check in on Thursday begins at 12pm. Enter at Gate 4 off McCourtney Rd. Please have your On-Site Vehicle Parking ticket (barcode you received from See Tickets) ready to be scanned in exchange for a parking pass. Either a print out or on your phone.
RV Pass with Hook Up, Dry RV Pass, and On-Site Premium RV Pass:
Check-in on Thursday begins at 12pm. Go straight to Gate 7 using the Brighton St. entrance on the corner of Brighton St. and McCourtney Road. Please have your RV ticket (barcode you received from See Tickets) ready to be scanned in exchange for a parking hangtag. Either a print out or on your phone.
Wristband Scanning Station:
After parking and setting up your campsite, a Wristband scanning station will open at 2pm at Gate 5. Please have your festival ticket (barcode you received from See Tickets) ready to be scanned in exchange for a wristband. Either a print out or on your phone.
Thursday Arrival Chart:
Your parking pass determines which gate you enter on Thursday.
If arriving after Thursday 11PM, ALL vehicles go straight to the Main Box Office for check-in at Gate 1.

ONCE INSIDE
On site you will find: ATMs, great food, beverages, and ice for sale. Keep in mind a one case of beer or one “handle” of spirits or one bottle of wine per person policy when entering the fairgrounds
